Upon joining the Valley Forge Golf Team, I was joining a program that had a new coach, a whole new roster, and 0 wins in their last four years. After just one year, and going into my Sophomore year, I was named as a Team Captain. Over the course of my high school year, my love for golf grew significantly, and left me on the golf course on a daily basis. In college, my goals and aspirations are to join a golf team, help that team win matches and achieve success, and continue to develop my academic knowledge in the field I choose. Whether academically or athletically, my goal is to come out of college with a passion and drive to continue to play the game I love, and work in the field that I am most dedicated to. For me, there is nothing more important than being a part of a team. I believe I am a great candidate because I see team success as my own. Any time I can lend a hand to a teammate, go out on the course with one, offer my study tips, I will always be there to help. My goal is to see a program grow and succeed, and that attitude makes me feel like I am a great candidate. While other recruits may be looking for their own future, I am looking to help a program push forward and succeed. As a leader, I have witnessed the resurgence of a program, and want to do that on a higher level. It is my vow to the program to give my all, both in and out of the classroom, and carry the reputation that any program would be proud of.
