Brady Downing '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brady Downing and I am very interested in playing golf at the college level. I have played on my High School Varsity team my freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years. Our team won our conference each year, and I was selected as team MVP and first team All-Conference my junior year. I've been playing golf for about 8 years and I have done nothing but improve year after year. I practice multiple hours every week of the year and I am very devoted to the game. My 9 hole average this year is a 38 with a low round of 35. This is down almost 3 strokes from my Junior year. My 18 hole average is a 76.2 with a low round of 73. My averages have improved each year, and my goal is to continue to improve. I pride myself on my academics and at the moment I am taking CCP classes only and I have had straight A's this school year. I believe that my work ethic sets me apart from other golfers of my age because I am always looking to improve and get better and I believe that I am going to really show my true abilities in my senior year.
