Hi, my name is Peter Leone and I am a Senior in High School from Niagara Falls Ontario. I am 5' 11" and weigh 150 pounds. I am an honor student with a 3.54 GPA in AP classes. I have been playing the game for 13 years and carry a 0 handicap. Since I started to play the game I knew that this is what I wanted to do in my life and I am determined to play at the next level of golf. I aspire to play on a college golf team where I would thrive in my golfing career. My hopes are to have a lasting impact on the team, the school, and the coach and to be remembered as a great player who experiences have positively affected those around me as well as myself for a lifetime.
I know that I have many attributes that would be imperative to have on your schools golf team. These attributes include my passion for the game, I am the most dedicated player out there and make sure that I am practicing hours each day to perfect all aspects of my game. I am especially proud of my short game and my ability to get the ball up and down from anywhere. I am doing everything in my power to better myself and be ready for any challenge that faces me. I am very interested in traveling out of Canada for my college experience. I imagine myself in a school where I can successfully learn and enhance my skills as a golfer. I would enjoy being a part of either a small school or larger school, my main objective is to have lots of competition because I feel that is the best way I can prove myself and I believe that by being surround by other great players I can learn and challenge myself to reach my potential.
My goals as a freshman is definitely to play on golf team as a starter; I believe that after this year of practicing and playing in tournaments I will be more than capable to tackle any challenge that awaits me. Though I am not completely sure of what my major will be in college or university I have a good Idea that I would like to pursue a career in the field of Architecture, Engineering, or some sort of design process and hope your school has to offer the courses I need to fulfill my career.
