Michael Flaherty '25 Recruiting Profile

I am looking to further develop my skills as an athlete and student.  I have been playing competitively since 2020.  I started as a Freshman on the Wildcat Varsity golf team. As a sophomore, I set some goals for myself.  The first was to win a league event, I won two.  The second goal was to win state, I accomplished that goal as co-champion with Will Koch, who I played against all season.  The last goal was to make the All-District team, I finished second in in the district to Will Koch.  I placed 5th at State during my Junior year and was named to the 5A All State Team.  I have competed in multiple events including AJGA, FCG Tour, Oregon Junior Golf Assocaiton, US KIDS, and high school events.  I volunteer at a local church mowing their lawn.  I recently won the Future Champions Tour Pacific Northwest event at OSU (Trysting Tree GC) in Corvallis, OR with scores of 70-66 for a two day total of (-6).
