Tyler Tornoe '21 Recruiting Profile

The goals that I have for my college experience include playing golf at a competitive level, attending a university that makes me proud, and to successfully graduate with a degree in economics and gain acceptance into an MBA, or JD program. I would be a good addition to the team because I support my teammates whether I am in the tournament/match or not. I am different from other recruits due to my experience living abroad in both Italy and England. The years spent in international schools provided me an opportunity to be exposed to different people, cultures, and thought processes. In addition to being a four year varsity golfer and captain, I was also a two year varsity wrestler.  I have been a caddie at St. Davids Golf Club for four years where many members were collegiate golfers and have encouraged me to pursue my love of the game at a more competitive level. With the help of the very supportive teaching staff at Radnor High School and a strong work ethic I was able to achieve academic success throughout my high school experience.
