June 2018Personal Statement
I've been around golf most of my life, but when I went to a PGA tour event at Bay Hill in 2013 I knew this is what I wanted to pursue. I was amazed at what they could do with the ball and it put a desire in me to be able to play the game that way.
Through practicing and competing over the past few years, I have realized that I truly love the game of golf. It's my favorite sport and I enjoy working hard to improve my skills. I'll work even harder knowing I have a team depending on my performance. I have an even keel personality and am very coachable.
I'm a medalist winner at Freed-Hardeman University this makes my fourth year at this school but I have a year of eligibility due to covid in 2020. I'm looking to compete at a higher level and win however many tournaments we play.
