Edward Talamantez '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Edward K Talamantez, I go school at Pleasanton Isd. I play one sport and one only and that is golf. I have played for 4 years, and while I am not the best one on the team I have improved every year on the team. When I first stepped on a golf course I knew the game was for me. Golf has thought me many things from honesty to being a gentlemen. I practice every chance I get, I put all the effort I can into the game. I am very coachable and I am willing to learn more about the game if I can. In the classroom I try to keep my grades as high as I can so I can have a higher GPA. I currently take 1 honors class and that is English 3 Pre ap. I want to go to college so I can be the first in my family, and I also want a degree so I can be successful in life. I plan to major in kinesiology so I can be a coach for my high school when I get older. I  also do many other extracurricular activities as well. I am a Student Trainer for football and basketball. I am in The Business Professionals of America "BPA". I was also a member of our schools FFA program for 2 years.
