Caysen Wright '21 Recruiting Profile

I plan on getting to the highest level of collegiate golf, where I can get to play with the best players in the nation. I plan on continuing to develop my physical body and skills, while also putting a lot of work into my mind where most of the game is actually played. I will create and cherish the relationships I find whether it be teammates, coaches, apposing players, or anyone else. I am excited to play all different types of  golf on different grass in a diversity of conditions. I will be the best teammate that I can possibly be, and push everyone to be better. Even if scores are not always the best, Loving the people you are going to be with is very important for success and joy. I am different than other recruits because of how I go about being better. For me, improving is not necessarily to be able to beat others. I know that it is a competition with yourself. There is always going to be someone better than you, and that is why you have to work harder than anyone else to be the best. I always go about bringing the best out of others. When you help them grow you will also grow. When you push others on the course, in the gym, or in the classroom you are doing a great help do everybody. I will NEVER be a worry when it comes to grades and deadlines. I will always get done what needs to get done in order for my eligibility.  When push comes to shove, you will not regret taking a shot with me. Let's get it.
