Hello, I am Jack Wadsworth. Below, I will discuss my qualities as an athlete and a student. The key takeaway about me is I am a competitor and a very hard worker. I am willing to do what it takes to help your program.
I attend Fremont High School in Plain City, Utah. On the golf team, I have played varsity and earned letters every year. I have been 1st team All-State, as well as 1st team All-Region. Outside of high school, I play in UJGA and Junior PGA tournaments and rank around the 2000 mark on the junior golf scoreboard.
Growing up, I played high-level competitive baseball, mainly as a pitcher. This has helped me more than I ever could have imagined in my golf career. I learned how to perform and have poise in pressure situations, maintain my ability to focus, and the value of hard work. I am a natural leader who takes pride in my craft and who pushes hard to learn from my mistakes. I am passionate about continually improving my golf game.
As for school, I take my grades as seriously as I take my golf game. I have kept my grades above 3.9 and regularly take Honors and concurrent enrollment college classes.
