2024 Highlights Personal Statement
What makes me different from other recruits is that I have only been golfing for 2 years now but Ive put in as much work as someone who has been golfing for 10 years would. All my life I have been wrestling and I was very dedicated but now that I have found golf it has been my life. If I'm not at school or studying you will find me at the golf course because it is what I love doing most. I feel there is always something I can improve on and I will keep pushing myself to be the best I can be.
This summer has been a lot of golf for me playing almost every day and working to get better and better. Sometimes I feel bad because I am not hanging out with my family as much and not doing as much stuff for college but then I go out and shoot some of my best scores ever and it kinda makes up for it. the summer of 24 I have dropped my average score down to a 73.3 and I am still pushing.

- This past weekend I played in the deer park amateur which was a big event for me because I have been playing a lot this summer. The first day I shot 73 shooting 34, 39 and was pretty upset with my back 9 and that put me in 7th overall. The second day I came in ready to go low and give myself a shot to win the thing going out and shooting -4 thru 3 holes. I ended up shooting 31, 35 with and ended up winning the tournament with a 66.

- This tournament was an invatioation only. Top four teams (five players per team) of 4A/3A Boys league standings plus the next 10 individuals not representing a team. Top two teams of 2A and next 6 Individuals. Top two teams of 1A and next 7 individuals. Top 2 teams of 2B/1B and next 13 individuals. I shot an 81, which tied me for 24th out of a 79 person field.

- NEA District Champion - The first round of the tournament was played on May 6th, at Deer Park Golf Course and Country Club. The second round was played at Latah Creek Golf Course. I won the two day tournament by shooting a 73 at Deer Park and an 80 at Latah Creek
