After many years of playing ice hockey not only as a goalie. It's a proven fact to me that it's my passion to play hockey and to play at the college level. Not only do I put in the work by doing off-ice workouts at home like treadmill, explosiveness, single leg workouts, ect... I always play for my teammates. And give everything on the ice. To leave no regrets there.
