My goal is to play for a competitive collegiate ice hockey program, a sport I am passionate about because of its impact on my life. Ice hockey is the ultimate team sport filled with life lessons. To succeed you need a roster of players with different strengths, willing to fulfill their role while working together. I can offer a program strong character on and off the ice, the will to win and leadership born from the experience of being a team captain. Any team that gives me the opportunity to play for them will see first hand my grit, work ethic, and will to win.
On the ice my strong suit is my offensive instincts and ability to play any offensive position, heavy shot, ability to win majority of face offs, and willingness to use my size and strength to play a physical game and blocking shots. It is not always pretty but at the end of every game you will find my number on the score sheet in a positive way.
