Arcturus Lynx Marco-Schappa '26 Recruiting Profile

I have always strived to take my game to the next level and become the best version of myself athletically, academically, and as a person. I know that college is the next step in elevating myself on and off the ice and it is a once in a lifetime opportunity I will not pass up on.

On and off the ice I am a leader and I push my teammates to progress with me. On the ice I keep a fire burning in our team even when it isn't going our way. I always expect to win, I never accept defeat and always make sure I have the last laugh whether it is on the score sheet or into the boards and I am not to play the body on guys who've got height and strength on me. Playing at the prep level I have to be agile and have a force behind my speed. I also appreciate criticism and it brings me joy fixing a part of my game for the better. In the classroom I study hard and keep up my GPA as one of the top students in my class at school. I help tutor students in classes and will have study groups during study hall.

I want to attend a college where I can become the best student I can on the ice and in the classroom. All options are considerable, but I am striving to find a college which provides the most competition and fits me. I hope I can become a leader there and push my peers to become their best selves.
