Coach, I plan to give 110% at all times, on the ice, on the bench, off the ice, and in my studies. I am a very hard worker and believe that hard work beats talent any day of the week. As a leader, I think I should set good examples for those who look up to me, younger people, or teammates. I also push my teammates to be the best they can be and do whatever I can to motivate them. I am a different player than most, I am a two-hundred-foot player, that is offensively sound, and knows where to be. I have a very accurate, quick release that can beat a goaltender from anywhere on the ice. I am a firm believer in back-checking hard, playing a defensive game at the same level and effort as offensive play, but mostly in the understanding that a good team is fundamentally established by selfless play, sacrifice, and the ability to make the players around me better.
