My name is Miles Zane Rosenthal, I am 17 years old born on March 18, 2007. I started playing hockey when I was 10 years old at my local YMCA. I immediately knew that I was destined to be a goaltender. Although I struggled in the beginning, I was determined to be a good goaltender. My obsession for the sport, hard work, including weekly 5 am lessons that my parents drove me an hour to and from before school, my coaches and peers started to notice improvement in my game. With this hard work and determination I was able to work my way from a C3 team to starting varsity as a freshman and now playing on a CSDHL team.
I will be graduating 2025 and my goal is to attend college and play completive hockey or take a gap year and play Juniors. I plan to study psychology as the workings of the mind fascinate me. Having been part of multiple hockey teams, I have come to appreciate that every team has a unique group of individuals with varying personalities that can make a great team by focusing on each others strengths.
