Colin Metcalf '26 Recruiting Profile

As a student-athlete, I keep many goals throughout my academics and athletics. As a student, my biggest goal is to be an Honor Roll student all through high school. I would also like to take some college level classes my Junior or Senior year. As an athlete, I strive to be the hardest working player on the ice. I am an alternate captain on my hockey team, which makes me a role model for my fellow teammates. If I don't work hard, it sets a bad example for everyone else to not work hard as well. Team bonding is also very important to me. If a team does not get along, there won't just be disagreements and fights within the team, we won't win games. A good team starts in the locker room. My fellow captains and I's biggest goal is to get our team to bond positively. Hockey is a very important part in my life, however academics always come first.
