Winning a national championship in Colorado is my highlight of my hockey career. However, I feel like I grew the most and began pushing myself the hardest when we lost in the state tournament my sophomore year, when a seen all the seniors leave who've never won state. That made me re-think how hard to work and ever since then I've given 110% in everything I've done.
I've been blessed to play on the teams I do for roller hockey and ice, winning a national championship in roller, 2nd many times, and 3rd in many tournaments weather that be in roller or ice, winning is the best feeling in both, and losing feels the worst in both. I've learned to put my team first in everything, and to value my team, good leadership, and commitment. I am looking for a program that fits me athletically and values leadership and teamwork. I believe I have the talent to make a team better. My dad has always my whole life has made my work-ethic the most important trait, which I will use to make a team better along with my other traits like leadership, dedication, and grit.
