Carter Hodges 200...Personal Statement
My name is Carter Hodges and I am a 2008 birth year goalie from North Louisiana. I am from a small town east of Shreveport, Minden, LA. I currently play High School Hockey for the Shreveport Mudbugs Junior Varsity team. We play in the AT&T High School Hockey League in Dallas, TX.
After a tournament in Huntsville, Alabama this year, I was invited to participate in the TPH Spring Showcase for all AAA prospects in the Southeastern United States.
I earned the leadership player award for my JV high school hockey team Shreveport Mudbugs this year.
At the end of the AT&T High School Hockey Season this year, I finished in 8th place in GAA and Save Percentage overall goalies in JV and Varsity in the Dallas, TX high school hockey league. For next year's high school hockey season, I was selected to play for Shreveport Mudbugs High School Hockey team as the only Varsity goalie going into Grade 9.
