Hi Coaches and Managers,
My name is Kai Elkie, I am a 6’1,180 pound left winger from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I am dedicated to the sport of hockey and want to further my hockey career as well as achieve all my academic goals while playing at the highest level.
I am currently playing in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League as a 17 year old for the Winnipeg Blues. Last year I played for the Winnipeg Wild in the Manitoba U18 AAA league under Coach Paul Krueger. With this team, we became the Manitoba Provincial Champions and represented our province in the Telus Western Regional Tournament. That season prepared me mentally and physically for the next level of hockey which is another step towards my goal of playing Division 1 Hockey. I am currently a Senior at St Paul's High school which is a Private University Preparatory Jesuit High school in Winnipeg, Manitoba. St Paul's being a very demanding school has taught me how to juggle athletics and academics and has prepared me to be a Division 1 Student-Athlete.

- The event will feature 6 teams selected from MJHL rosters (two 18U and four 20U) who are considered top prospects for advancement. Each team will partake in a practice and play two full games during this high-performance event in front of the many scouts from NHL, NCAA, WHL, U Sports confirmed to be in attendance.
