Hunter Cameron '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello future coaches, my name is Hunter Cameron and I have played completive ice hockey from the age of 4. I am currently 16 years old and a rising junior in high school. I have AA hockey experience for the TriCity Eagles hockey program and have skated under the coaching of Rob Trantin. I have great edge work and a fantastic team mindset that I use to create plays for myself and for teammates. I am currently enrolled in Clarksburg High School and taking all honors classes. During the last high school hockey season, I was named as an assistant captain, and I was awarded the MSHL Academic Honor Roll. Ice hockey has taught me many things but some of the most important lessons that I have learned, is the impact that a team environment of positivity makes for a more cohesive unit, and that you never give up when things get hard.  I am consistently working on my skills and improving my scoring ability.  My goal is to constantly improve and after my U18 years play at the collegiate level.
