Hello my name is Adam Yost, I'm currently on u16 Compuware AAA and my goal is to play juniors and commit to play D1 hockey. I'm very good at sports, mathematics and public speaking. I view myself as a very analytical thinker and I always stirive to give my best. I currently have a 3.94 GPA. After hockey, my plan is to either going into business or something related to sports. I'm currently working on my reaction time with the Batak Pro, increasing my speed in the crease with weekly goalie lessons with Bandits Goaltending, Barwis Methods Off-Ice and very active on the mental aspects of the game in addition to normal practices. I strive to be better tomorrow than I am today.
