Hockey has been a passion of mine since I started playing at 8 years old. I’ve never found the same joy and excitement in anything else that I find in playing my sport. my goal is to Get the farthest I can in terms of playing competitive hockey while also furthering my education so when the time comes, If I don’t keep advancing into my sport. I have a degree that will get me a successful job where I can make the overall Community surrounding that job a better place while also earning a good amount of financial income. I was blessed to be named an assistant captain on my 16u team for the two years I played for them. Once junior year came I really started looking at all aspects of the game, working out, eating and sleeping right, having the right mental state. I also learned that everyone takes losses, and it’s not about the fact you took them but about how you take them and bounce back from them with a positive attitude. I’m always looking to grow and ask questions as not only a player but a person too.  I  strive to continue  to develop values from the game that make me a better person day in and day out.
