I am Svante Strandberg. I am from plantation, Florida and I graduate in the class of 2023. my birth year is 2005 and I am currently a sophomore. I would love to play D1 college hockey because I am very dedicated and I feel like I would love to achieve something big like that in life. I am still deciding on what I want to study in college but I will find out soon.
I am currently going to North Broward Preparatory School in coconut creek, Florida. I play for their high school varsity Men's ice hockey team as a starter last year and will be one this year too as I move up a grade level. I work just as hard on the ice as I do in academics and there are not many kids that work as hard as me. I pay a lot of attention in class and I have good relationships with the teachers meaning that they all like having me in the classroom and I pay attention a lot.
I also play for South Florida golden Wolves 15u AA team in the tier 2 division playing against kids older than my whole team and winning against most of them. The reason why I should be chosen to be a candidate for any D1 college hockey team is because I am very dedicated to many things and I want to achieve many physical and scholar goals in life. I am very good in school with grades and I work hard for them. I am different than other recruits because I can lead, I work harder, and I know how to communicate with others and i listen very well. I play in 3 different leagues for ice hockey this year them being SAHOF 16u AA, FPSHL, and CDSHL. I will always work hard and I am a very good student to choose
