Jordan Haney '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Jordan Haney. I am 19, and a Senior at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire. This is my third year on the varsity hockey team. Before Exeter, I played varsity hockey for Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, MA for both my 8th and 9th grade years while I captained the team my 9th grade year. Prior to my two years at Eaglebrook, I played AAA travel hockey for TPH Thunder out of Atlanta, Georgia. My years leading up to now have all played a crucial part in my development as a hockey player. I learned of my ability to lead when I was captain for Eaglebrook. This experience allowed me to successfully become the leader and a role model I have always wanted to be. I strive to maintain my progression academically and athletically to fulfill my dream of playing college hockey. My goal is always to become a better hockey player, but more specifically I plan on strengthening my shot and enhancing my defensive positioning. I have been blessed with an awesome coaching staff that has helped me grow, and I am excited for what is to come of my hockey career.
