Mark Rodenhauser '15 Recruiting Profile

~~My goal, as one of the senior captains, is to lead my team by example and ultimately make the playoffs. I feel it is my duty to do this so that the underclassman who look up to me, will follow in my footsteps by making good decisions. I have no doubt that if my fellow captains and I are able to motivate the younger players than we will be successful and achieve all our goals. I have proven my leadership abilities by being named a captain, but also years prior where I led by example then too. I think that this provides coaches with a go-to player, that they trust off the ice while providing quality talent to win on the ice. I take pride by being a part of this team,by contributing every way I can. An assist to me, is the equivalent to a servant to allow my teammates to help the team succeed. While a goal is just physical proof that we were able to drive the puck down, working together, and get the team that much closer to winning. I strive, every game, to leave it all on the ice.
