Garret Baldacci '15 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Garret Baldacci and I'm from Fair Lawn New Jersey.  I've been playing hockey since I was four and started skating at the age of eight and here I am. Through the recent years I have honed my craft and really brought my game to the next level.  I've thought about college hockey before but at this point in my life I realize that playing hockey at the collegiate level will help me achieve my dream of playing in the NHL.  I put the team before myself and can think on my feet at a moments notice.  I'm hoping that whichever college I go to or whichever college chooses to recruit me will not only provide a good place to play and improve, but also a good learning environment.  I believe that academics are as important as stopping the puck, not nearly as dangerous though.  I know my GPA isn't the best and I am working hard everyday to improve it. I've always been a hard worker who would never give up no matter how difficult the challenge.  I would love the opportunity to play at a Division 1 school and feel I could help any program grow and prosper.
