Casey Sturgeon '18 Recruiting Profile

I am currently living in Manchester, NH playing for the USPHL Elite hockey team while completing my senior year of high school.  I have always played three sports, including football and baseball, but hockey is my first choice and priority.   I qualified for the New York State Hockey Development camp years 2014 and 2015.  My high school junior year, I was named First Team Defenseman in NYS Section VII.  I was fourth in points in Section VII, and the only defenseman in the top 20.  Enjoy playing for a coach and a team that strive to play at the highest level of hockey enhancing my skills, yet challenging me to be better pushing me to my potential.  The team comes first.  I make honor roll in school and strive to be better with plans to attend college while playing hockey.  I play tough when necessary, but skilled with fluency and good sportsmanship.
