I'm a 16 year old sophomore who mostly plays in the left wing position, but can also play center. I really have been wanting and working towards playing in college ever since I saw my first college hockey game. I've always loved being on the ice ever since ive started and I never miss out on ice time. I am a team player and although I am not exceptional defensively I pride my self in my positionally, playing without the puck (finding open ice, working in front of the net, battling in the corners) my strongest abilities are my shooting and stick handling. I can also make great offensive plays when I need to make them. After lots of work before school I've gotten a very strong shot. I have no fear in blocking shots and I do not lose puck battles. I still have a lot of room to improve, and I know my experiences in high school will help me get ready for any college hockey off the ice with relationships with teammates and on the ice with my skills, speed, and hockey sense. In school, I takr my grades seriously and have a GPA above 3.6. I try to maintain the best grades possible while balancing my athletics.
