I am hard nosed defenceman who takes care of the defensive zone first, and moves the puck very well. I play the shutdown role and usually are assigned to match up against other teams best players. I see the ice well and my first pass out of zone is accurate. I am a team first player, and understand that each team member has a role to make a complete team. I work very hard on my skills, mental health and take care of my body. I have personal trainer and work out 2-3 times per week during season, and 4-5 during off season. I also play a very high level of field and box lacrosse for 2 teams, travelling through the United States during the spring and summer months.
