Personal Statement
I am a 6'2" 185 pound goalie from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and I am currently taking a gap year to pursue my dream of earning a spot on a college roster. For the 2014-15 season, I am playing for the Alliston Coyotes of the GMHL. I am very passionate about the sport of hockey and I strive to work my hardest every time I'm on the ice. What sets me apart from others is my positive attitude, work ethic, and my never say die mentality. I always try to maintain a good attitude on the ice and focus on the task at hand rather than dwelling on past shortcomings I have had. Also when I am on the ice, I am constantly looking for ways to improve my game and reach my full potential. Lastly I never give up on a play and I try my best to make and impact on the game and help my team.
A good education is the main thing that I want in a college. It has been a dream of mine to be able to play college hockey and I am hoping to be able to attend a school where I can fulfill my dream as well as being able to receive a good education. I wish to be able to play hockey at the highest level I am able to and to be an impact player on my team. I am open to any school that contacts me.
