Vincent Contardi ...Personal Statement
I am Vincent Contardi and I've loved hockey ever since I saw my first hockey game at the age of three, from that point I knew I wanted to play hockey. I joined learn to skate when I was in kindergarten, then learn to play. Now I play for the Wilkes-Barre Junior Pens U18 and Varsity for my high school, the Wyoming Area Warriors. My parents were not huge hockey fans, this is not something I grew up with, hockey is my passion, for me hockey is everything. I am an extremely passionate player who will never lose the love for the game. Every coach I've ever had tells me I am very coachable, I have a good attitude and great drive and determination. I have many goals and aspirations regarding college and hockey. My goals are to continue to sharpen my hockey skills, to learn everything from every coach possible. My plan is also to study and work hard in high school which will allow me opportunities in college to gain a successful career.
