Austin Kenney '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Austin Kenney. I attend Ponaganset High School in North Scituate, RI. I am in the class of 2024 and looking to play for the varsity hockey team at my school. I play right wing but can play off wing or center if needed. I consider my style of play to be a power forward. The most well-built point in my game is my physical game, especially when forechecking. For schooling, I am in the Engineering pathway and have hopes to be an Electrical Engineer. My goal is to play college hockey. My parents told me I loved to skate since I first stepped on the ice. I still do and hope to continue my hockey career past college. Academically, I had exceptional first quarter grades at a 3.53 GPA. I hope to have at least a 3.7-3.8 GPA after the second quarter.
