Jacob Vance '19 Recruiting Profile

After I graduate high school, my goal is to be playing college hockey at a competitive level. I feel very strongly that I am capable of playing for a Division 3 school, and feel that if I work hard enough for Division 1.  As a 6'3 185 lbs seventeen,  I feel that I have a strong presence on the ice.  My coaches have voiced that my strengths are competing strongly in the boards, passing and seeing the ice with great vision,  and consistent and strong stick handling skills.  I am a student of the game, and coaches find me very coachable and willing to step out of my comfort zone to improve.  I have high aspirations in my academic performance, strive for excellence in character and performance,  and work hard to be the best player and teammate I can be.
