I began my career on the roller rink at trailside park in Ashburn, VA. Ever since then I've known this is something I've wanted to stick to for life. My first opportunity to play ice hockey came my freshmen year of high school when I joined our club team. That season I only played 1.5 games, but I showed up to every single practice, tried my hardest, and I showed up to every single game. I never quit. My sophomore year was an improvement, I was able to play 4 out of our 10 scheduled games, even though it wasn't a lot I tried my hardest every second I was on the ice. I always try to push myself to more competitive levels to make myself better. Last summer I began playing adult roller hockey in the gold division, which is comprised of off season ACHA, NCAA students and retired pro and NCHRA players. I was playing against those guys at the age of 15. It was tough but I used every mess-up and every goal as a learning point, and that helped me to gain the skill to make it onto a AAA roller hockey program. I always try my hardest to better myself when it comes to hockey in any sense, I love this game, and it would be a dream come true to play for your college team.
