Johnathon Mead '20 Recruiting Profile

When covid hit, nothing was open. I decided then to buckle down on school. I graduated secondary school in August, one year ahead of my age group with all A's . I am a person that will dedicate my time to improve in school or sport. I live a healthy lifestyle, school, train and play hockey with my team.  In my hockey I have played at the top levels all my life, but I have also dedicated my weekday mornings to daily on ice private training. This training has developed my skating and I'm now a highly skilled player. I have a NHL caliber shot. I am a big body forward that can play physical or play with skill. I am quiet in the room, but not so much in the game. Just finished my 2021/2022 season with the Toronto Patriots JA of the Ontario Junior Hockey League.  I have been Tendered by the Shreveport Mudbugs  of the NAHL. I am looking forward to the 2022 / 2023 season.
