Ethan Mallon '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Ethan Mallon, I am currently a rising Senior at Olympian High School. I  have a 4.24 GPA  and intend to maintain it. I have been playing sports for as long as I can remember.  I first began playing lacrosse in the 4th grade as a way to try something new as I had gotten bored with baseball.  I decided to try lacrosse to play with a friend of mine, I was drawn to the speed, intensity, and physicality of the game and have played ever since.  As much as I love and enjoy sports I make sure to pay attention to and focus on my grades while also balancing time for family, practices, and hanging out with friends.  I played varsity running back and linebacker in the fall and stayed in shape by wrestling throughout the winter.  I enjoyed participating in both football and wrestling and plan to continue both throughout high school. I am a third year varsity starter and help to direct my team's defense. I play close-defense but also play LSM if the game calls for it.  In the off-season I currently play for the Laxdawgs team.  I am looking forward to the rest of my high school and hopefully my college career where I hope to continue to hone my skills and expand my knowledge both on and off of the field.
