My collegiate goals and aspirations are to acquire a strong academic and athletic foundation that will open opportunities for me to start a career that will enable me to provide for my family and to help others. I would be a good addition to your collegiate lacrosse team because I am determined, hard working and appreciate the value of team work. My character differs from other recruits because of my dedication to helping my whole team succeed, not just myself alone. I'm different in athletics because I am skilled in multiple positions and excel in reading the field and making plays when needed. I am academically unique because I understand that I have a boundless capacity to progress and that my daily decisions to sacrifice, learn from my achievements and failures, and help others along the way will assist my team and I in reaching our greatest potentials. Throughout out my high school career I have come to comprehend the value and importance of succeeding academically instead of only being successful in my athletic pursuits. I know that succeeding in academics is a priority in my life and that lacrosse is just an added privilege and honor.
