Ryan Webb '22 Recruiting Profile

Hey coach,

I work diligently to perform both in the classroom and on the field. I work hard to maintain above a 3.5 GPA. The dedication and focus that I put into the classroom directly translates to the work I put in on the field. I work hard to make sure I am prepared for any situation by watching film, improving my conditioning and strength, and by also constantly trying to outwork myself daily.  When it comes to practices and games, nothing is more important to me than my effort. I want to walk away from games and practices feeling as if I had left everything I had out there and nothing left inside of the tank. Overall, I refuse to be the last one to the ball and will outwork any opponent of mine.
