micah manookian '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Micah Manookian. I was born into a family that believed that drugs, alcohol and stealing were more important than the children that they brought into this world. After 7 fosters homes within a year and a half I was placed in a loving and committed home. My parents have taught me that with hard work and determination I can succeed in anything. I have been able to successfully participate in not only one sport but two( only play lacrosse now). I am now holding all A’s in school and the end of 2021 I have completed my Eagle Scout rank in Boy Scouts. With my determined work ethic I would like to play lacrosse at the collegiate level and I believe that I can do it. I am very much a team player, much of my lacrosse career I have been used as a two way middie and would preferably love to play this role on any collegiate team. In saying so I am willing to step up to any role the team needs. I am willing to do whatever it takes to play at the next level, I will not be outworked no matter what. I have been given a tremendous amount of opportunities in my life and I don’t want any of them to be wasted.
