Hello,
My name is Reid Mazzuco. I'm in the Class of 2022 at Berkeley Preparatory School. I have been playing lacrosse since the age of nine. I know I want to play at the next level and become an elite midfielder/attack. Since the age of nine, I have had the dream to play lacrosse at the next level, and complete this goal would be a highlight of my life.
I am always working hard on the field but especially in the classroom. Academics have always been a massive priority in High School. Additionally, I want to find a balance where I am challenged academically and athletically during my college years. I will always find ways to improve my lacrosse game by watching film or shooting after practice or on weekends to improve my shot. As an eighth-grader, I was pulled up to play Varsity Lacrosse. Throughout my eighth grade season, I became a significant role on the team. I have also been elected Captain of my lacrosse team this year as a Junior and plan to have a great season as a team and individual. During the Summer, I help out a youth lacrosse camp and football camp at my school to help teach kids the rules of both sports and how to play while building long-lasting memories.
The opportunity to play lacrosse at the next level would complete my childhood goal and also help me prepare myself for life after college. Thank you for your interest in me as a Student-Athlete.
