Makonnen Kahan '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Makonnen and I play lacrosse. I love this sport this is my favorite sport. I have played lacrosse for 5 years. I am on the fredrick Douglass varsity lacrosse team. My goals for college get a degree so I can go out in the world and help people and follow my dreams. I belive what makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am all about teamwork. A good team runs on teamwork. It's not just one person that makes the team good it's the whole unit. A team is supposed to be a well-oiled machine . If one part of a machine is broken then the team as a whole or the machine as a whole is defective or broken. Also I believe that I am a hard worker. I believe that I'm a hard worker because I am in the IB program at my high school. I don't believe that I'm the best but I believe that with practice comes perfect and if I try my hardest and work as hard as I can I'll become better. I believe what makes me different is that I am able to change whatever I need to change. I believe that I am versatile. I'm not saying my ways.
