My name is Logan Addonizio. I have played lacrosse competitively for 6 years. I have also played football and hockey. I still remember when I picked up my first lacrosse stick. I knew this was the sport for me. I haven't looked back since. My main position is attack and I have also gone in as a midfielder. This year I will be starting attack for my high school Varsity team. Last year I was on Varsity and made All-State Honorable Mention for attack. I believe my coaches would tell you that I am extremely coachable and that I have great lacrosse IQ. In the past when I played hockey and football, coaches have said that being coachable is one of the qualities they liked about me.
The summer before my freshman year I found out I was dyslexic. Though this answered a lot of questions, I wasn't going to let it keep me back or get me down. I worked hard academically and made the honor roll in school. I am determined to not let my dyslexia keep me down or hold me back. I kind of have the attitude that "I will show you!" when it comes to this disability. I feel this shows that I have good work ethic and will work hard for what I want.
