In my future after high school I would love to keep playing lacrosse. It is one of my favorite things in the world and I would be beyond grateful as well as just happy to keep playing it no matter the level it is at. Regarding academics, I have been incredibly fascinated with human behavior and the question of “why?” when it comes to why us people do the things that we do, especially when it comes to crime. I have also loved learning about the inner workings of the way we think and and how things can impact that. This leads to my main interest in studying and pursuing something in the realm of criminal psychology, criminology, and most everything that falls under psychology in general. So when it comes to my plans for the future that is my dream however when it comes to me as an athlete, I like to believe that I am a hard worker and somebody that people can rely on to do their part. I’ll definitely admit that I have had ups and downs with motivation but I pride myself as someone who can come back from those dips. I am also a core believer in that the energy between each and every teammate, coach, and anyone related to the team can really change the performance of every person. You could have a team full of the best and still perform horribly if no one has respect for each other. Honestly, if I had to pick between a great season with a toxic environment vs a team full of great energy but a horrible season, it would be the latter every day. I personally find that when there is nothing but fun and love, everyone does better because they are ENJOYING IT. I have nothing but love for lacrosse and that is my main drive because I just want to keep playing, no matter the circumstances.
