I have grown up as a Coaches Kid and have learned the importance of a hard work ethic (on the field, weight room and classroom), being a great teammate, and bringing enthusiasm to everything I do.
I am a 6'3, 183 pound 2021 Prospect. I play LSM/Defense/Midfield for Northland High School (Kansas City, MO). I was recently selected to the 2020 KC All Star team featuring the Top 15 players in KC. This summer/fall I will be playing for Team KC and Venom National.
My Inside Lacrosse Evaluation this season said: “Drew has a great motor and is a presence on the field in many ways. He is very disruptive to anyone he is guarding and has a knack for getting the ball off the ground and advancing it up the field. In addition to is knack for picking up ground balls, he understands team defensive principles which allows him to anticipate and react to things happening off-ball.”
I also start for my High School Basketball team and play AAU for the nationally known MoKan Program during the summer.
My GPA is 3.8 and I have been on the Honor Roll every semester in HS . I was chosen for the Spirit Leadership Program and have volunteered for Special Olympics for several years. My family attends the United Methodist Church.
My goal as a student-athlete is to contribute to a successful program and earn my college degree in Business/Marketing. In terms of career goals, I would love to be a Representative for one of the major shoe and apparel companies. I have owned my own shoe and apparel company (@KellenSoles) for the last 3 years.
