Rising Sophomore at Sussex County Community College. I am a team-first player who lets his play on the field do the talking. I have a tremendous work ethic that all of my previous coaches have commented on. I exemplify this in the classroom, in my community and on the field. I am a 3.8 GPA college student and an all conference lacrosse player my first year of college while coaching football and lacrosse in my hometown. I am a “plug-n-play” athlete for any program.

- My football Strength and Conditioning Coach created a workout plan specific to me and work every day after practice and off-season. My lifting schedule goes as follows; Monday, Wednesday,Friday: 2:30-4:30 with agility training 4:30-5:00 with football coach (No agility training Friday). Tuesday,Thursday: 2:30-3:30. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: On top of normal schedule for these days I get two lifts on these days, one before school at 6 AM and one after school.
