I have been fortunate to have the support of my Dad and Violin Teacher Mrs. Rydalch. I know the value of setting goals, practicing with purpose and playing my best. I became interested in playing Lacrosse when I found out that my town had a club team at freshman orientation. It is a fascinating and fast sport .While playing my first season I learned to be aggressive and persistent regardless of who I was playing against .
Now that I will be attending Davis & Elkins in the Fall of 2021 and playing Lacrosse I want to continue developing my leadership skills . I believe in leading by example such as being a good teammate and standing up for others who are being bullied.
I want to earn a degree in Environmental Science and intern with the Forest Service in the Monongahela National Forest so that I can get a job in Environmental Science after graduation . I also want to be a starting Attackman for the Lacrosse team and to grow more spiritually . I have already learned a lot from just one practice with my new team . I can’t wait for next fall to get here to start my new adventure at Davis & Elkins College.
