Gavin DeWitt '23 Recruiting Profile

I'm a 2023 faceoff and middie on the Mason High School lacrosse team. I've played both winter box and summer field for Resolute since 2018. Prior to that I played for SOGO, a team based in Cincinnati/Dayton for 2 years. I have been playing lacrosse for 9 years and am very coachable and adaptable to different coaching styles. In the off season, I'll go up to the field and work on faceoffs, practicing different moves and counters, as well as shooting. I continue to work on faceoffs against college players to improve my skills against the best in the area. I was invited to the 2021 FOA National Faceoff Showcase in Manalapan Township, NJ. I have also been playing football since 4th grade. I switched from running back to starting cornerback for Mason Varsity this year.
