I am really looking forward to continuing my lacrosse career at the collegiate level. I consider myself an extremely competitive person and have always competed in athletics since I was 6 years old. I am interested in a school where I can get a great education and play lacrosse. I feel my strengths on both the lacrosse field and on the basketball court are that I am always looking to get the ball to my team mates and see them score. I consider myself a very unselfish player that takes as much pride or more in running the offense or defensive scheme correctly and getting an assist or steal as I do scoring. I also consider myself a tenacious, smothering defender. Again, I take great pride in my defense skills and shutting down my opponent. Right now I am working extremely hard to secure a starting spot at point guard on Westerville Central Varsity Basketball team. Recently, I finished FIRST in the mile (5:28) out of 25 Varsity Players trying out for the team. My speed and stamina is definitely another one of my greatest strengths on the field and court. After basketball, I will move right into Varsity Lacrosse and look to make a great contribution and impact to the team this year both offensively and defensively. When I am not playing sports or working on my academics, I work at my families Italian restaurant here in Westerville, Ohio. I enjoy learning about all the workings of a small business and can see myself in a career in sales, business or communications. I am also interested in Sports Management. I look forward to visiting several schools after lacrosse season to find the best fit for me both academically and athletically.
