Hello Coach
My name is Braiden Wilton, I am a Canadian Field/Box Lacrosse player. I have played midfield for 10 years, as well as Defence for Box. I have played both Club and Kitchener teams. My love for the game has pushed me to grow physically and mentally to achieve my best self. I strongly feel that my background in box lacrosse has given me a gritty edge offensively and a highly defensive IQ. Being a great teammate has always been important to me, and I love a great assist as much as a goal! I have great speed and size but am always looking to improve myself physically and mentally.
