In Athletics, I am a very competitive person who works very hard to create both individual and team success. I was a two way starter in football for our 2014 State Championship team that ended the season ranked 16th in the country. In Lacrosse I will be a captain of my high school team in 2015 and three year starter. Last year I was second in the state in scoring and was a leader for out team which was competitive with the best teams in the state. I had my best games against the states premier programs scoring 5 points against state champion Bellevue, and 4 goals against strong Issaquah and Mercer Island teams. I was the leading scorers for Team Washington (a team selected by high school coaches) at the Under Armour Shootout and Champ camps during the summer of 2014 and was named to the all star team at the Shootout. I play slot receiver in football and caught over 50 passes this year mostly over the middle which I believe shows my toughness. I bench press 200 lbs for 3 reps so that I am able play very physical against bigger opponents. My football coach has told me I am one of the toughest players he has coached in 15 years.
I am continuing to work on my academics. I come from a from a family that feels education is important and all my family are college graduates. My current desire is to study education in college as I would like to share my love of physical fitness and competition with kids as a physical education/health teacher and Lacrosse or football coach. I am also interested in studying business in college which is currently my second option. I am a reliable person who makes good decision in my personnel life and active in my church.
